1 General Terms and Conditions

LuckyStart (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online entertainment platform. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between LuckyStart and you.

3 Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

LuckyStart reserves the right to verify your identity and age at any time. This may require a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3–10 minutes, though verification may take up to 24 hours in some cases.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method.
• Withdrawals to another person's account or through a third party are not permitted.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the required wagering must be completed first.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, LuckyStart reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals until the investigation is complete.

5 Bonus & Promotions Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers at LuckyStart come with specific terms and conditions. By accepting a bonus, you agree to the associated terms.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, a minimum wagering of 10x the bonus amount must be completed. You have 30 days to meet the wagering requirement.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer applies once per individual, household, or IP address.
• Bets placed using a bonus will count toward wagering requirements.
• A maximum of ৳500 or 10% of the bonus amount (whichever is lower) may be placed on a single bet from the bonus balance.
• LuckyStart reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6 Betting Rules

Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded.
• The cashout feature is available on selected markets, and once accepted at the offered value, it is final.
• If incorrect odds are published, LuckyStart reserves the right to void the affected bets.

Casino Games

• Each game is subject to its own individual rules.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, the relevant round will be voided and a refund will be issued.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on LuckyStart and may result in penalties:

• Money laundering or processing illegal funds through the platform.

• Submitting false information to claim a payment.
• Abusing or threatening LuckyStart staff.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

LuckyStart reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• If suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity are detected.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
